Classic Tabata is eight rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. Customize work, rest, rounds and preparation. Add blocks for additional stations, optional movement names, and recovery between blocks. The total includes preparation, every rest interval, and recovery.
Keep BellBlock open during training. Your screen stays awake while the clock runs. Switching apps, locking your phone, or an audio interruption pauses the workout. Return and tap Resume when you are ready. Use the lock button to prevent accidental pauses.
Cues play through your selected audio output alongside your music. Check media volume and Bluetooth headphones before you start. Sound can play even when the silent switch is on. You can change sound and haptics in Settings.
Choose Save to my workouts from Customize workout. Completed sessions appear in History; ending a session early does not save it. Swipe a saved routine or history entry to delete it. Records stay on your device and may be included in device backups.
